The Reason Why CNC Forming Grinding Machines Cause Table Crawling

The reasons for the crawling of the workbench caused by CNC forming grinding machines can be mainly divided into two categories: one is mechanical reasons; The other category is the workbench crawling caused by the CNC system itself.
  First of all, when we turn the lead screw by hand, there should be no obvious sense of blockage, and the hand induction is soft and uniform when turning. If there is a hand blockage, it may be that the bearing used for the lead screw support has been damaged, the balls or raceways in the lead screw nut have been damaged or dirt has entered, such as small chips. We should dispose of it accordingly according to the inspection situation, or change the bearing, or change the lead screw, or clean, or ask professionals to adjust the lead screw and restore the accuracy. Secondly, we need to check the parallelism of the two busbars of the lead screw to the bed guide. Generally, when we leave the factory, we adjust the parallelism of the bed guide rail to the two busbars of the lead screw within O.08mm, and the user can be appropriately relaxed to 0.1mm in actual application, and if the inspection is out of tolerance, it should be adjusted to within the standard range. Another situation is that there is a problem with the connection part of the lead screw and servo motor. We require that the two axes connected here have a high degree of concentricity, which should generally be controlled within 0.1mm, otherwise it will exceed the error correction range of the coupling and servo motor and cause the workbench to crawl.
1. The lubrication condition between the workbench guide rail and the bed guide rail is poor, and the workbench crawling is often caused by poor lubrication of the workbench running guide. The lubrication is too small, or simply due to the blockage of the lubrication channel, the lubricating oil cannot hit the guide rail at all, which increases the friction between the guide rail pairs, thus causing the crawling phenomenon of the workbench. At this time, we only need to open the lubrication channel or adjust the lubrication amount appropriately to solve the crawling problem of the workbench. It should be noted that the amount of lubrication between the guide rail pairs should not be adjusted too much, otherwise it will cause drift in the operation of the table, which will cause the related poor quality problems of the grinding workpiece.      
2. The power transmission part of the table causes the power transmission part of the table to be the lead screw and its related connection parts, including the lead screw itself and the bearings used for connection.      
3. The deformation of the bed and the workbench caused by this situation is generally due to the large seasonal temperature difference, and there is no corresponding temperature adjustment device in the equipment room, which causes the ambient temperature change of the machine tool is large, and the corresponding guide rail is deformed due to temperature change. After the deformation of the guide rail pair, its operating contact condition is poor, there is only a few places to contact, and the gap of the guide rail pair becomes larger, resulting in lubricating oil leakage, so as to form a real oil film, and then cause the workbench to crawl. This situation is more complicated, and professionals should be asked to use instruments to detect and repair the bed.
